Deletion Process: Please contact our support team via the channels outlined below. Following identity verification, your Firebase UID, associated test logs, streaks, and profile records will be permanently deleted from our active databases.

Strict Non-Affiliation Clause: Qwik Study is a wholly independent educational platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any official government or banking examination body, including but not limited to the State Bank of India (SBI), Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Regional Rural Banks (RRB), or any central/state government entity.

All quizzes, reading archives, and practice materials provided are simulated mock drills designed strictly for study purposes. They do not guarantee actual examination questions or real-world placement.

3. User Conduct & Fair Practice

To uphold the integrity of our national leaderboards and percentile rankings, all aspirants must adhere strictly to fair play guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • The deployment of automated scripts, bots, or browser extensions intended to answer questions or bypass quiz timers.
  • Unauthorized API scraping, data mining, or bulk downloading of our proprietary quiz banks and reading materials.
  • Attempting to manipulate scores, alter streak counters, or inject malicious code into the platform infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials featured on Qwik Study, inclusive of original quiz questions, Qwik CA compiled notes, branding elements, UI/UX designs, and codebase, are the exclusive intellectual property of Qwik Study.

Users are granted a limited license for personal educational use but may not reproduce, redistribute, monetize, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability

Qwik Study is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we utilize premium edge infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers) to ensure stability, we do not warrant 100% uninterrupted server uptime, bug-free software, or the absolute factual accuracy of every quiz question.

In no event shall Qwik Study, its developers, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform's educational services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the standard legal jurisdiction applicable to the platform’s operating region. Any disputes will be resolved strictly through appropriate legal dispute resolution channels.
